We are currently seeking a talented Architect with strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and professional experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team.Our studio environment is highly creative, fast-paced, and process-oriented. As a design-build practice, we offer our team the opportunity to engage in every phase of project development-from concept through construction administration.What We're Looking For:We're seeking a Project Architect with at least 7 years of experience to work in our Sarasota office. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about thoughtful design and detail execution.Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong design judgment and a passion for architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary studio environment
• Prior experience working in multiple roles within a professional office settingWhat You'll Do:
  • Lead and support projects of varying scales, from custom modern residences to large-scale, mixed-use commercial developments
  • Collaborate across teams to contribute to both design and technical development
  • Participate in all phases of project delivery, including construction documentation and on-site coordinationAbout Our Studios:
