We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring vendor payments are processed accurately and on time, working closely with a small, friendly team. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Process high-volume invoices and match them with purchase orders and goods received.
  
  
• 
  Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  
  
• 
  Follow up with vendors on outstanding invoices or credits.
  
  
• 
  Ensure timely payment of approved invoices.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to verify product receipt and purchase order accuracy.
  
  
• 
  Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  
  
• 
  Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
  
  
• 
  Address vendor payment inquiries and resolve issues.
  
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience (wholesale or manufacturing preferred).
    
    
  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    
    
  • 
    Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
    
    
  • 
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    
    
  • 
    Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem-solve.
    
    
  •
