Job Description:
Medicaid Elder Law Attorney Medicaid Elder Law Attorney needs
three-plus solid years of recent experience as an Attorney in
Medicaid Elder Law in Florida. Salary $90K to $125K DOE plus bonus.
Can work in Aventura, Plantation, or remote. Details: Looking to
hire an Elder Law Attorney with at least three years of solid
Florida Medicaid-planning and Estate-Planning experience.
Experience with probate and guardianship would be a plus (but
Medicaid planning is essential). (Please do not apply for this job
if you do not have significant Medicaid-planning experience).
Located near either our Aventura or Plantation office, to meet with
clients as needed, would be a plus but we are open to a fully
remote position for the right candidate. The candidate would NOT be
expected to bring in business. The job is full-time, but flexible
hours. The right candidate is either an associate at an existing
elder law firm or maybe an experienced solo-practitioner who would
rather just be a lawyer and not have to worry about running a law
firm/networking/marketing/running payroll, etc. If a solo had a
favorite legal assistant, would be open to hiring the team.
