background in construction litigation and or business law. This

Associate Attorney, you will be expected to: 1. Handle a wide range
of construction litigation and business law matters, including
drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and
managing all aspects of trial preparation and execution. 2.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal
strategies and solutions for our clients. 3. Conduct thorough case
analyses and investigations, identifying potential legal issues and
developing appropriate responses. 4. Negotiate settlements and
represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court
proceedings. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments
and trends in construction litigation and business law. 6. Provide
legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable
laws and regulations. 7. Develop and maintain strong client
relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring
client satisfaction. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an
accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in
construction litigation and or business law. 3. Admission to the
state bar and in good standing. 4. Proven track record of
successfully handling complex legal issues. 5. Strong negotiation
and advocacy skills. 6. Excellent research, analytical, and
problem-solving skills. 7. Exceptional communication skills, both
written and verbal. 8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work
under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 9. High level of
professionalism and ethical standards. 10. Proficiency in legal
