Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a Permanent Associate Attorney who is dynamic, highly motivated, and possesses a strong commitment to excellence. This role is designed for a seasoned attorney who is ready to take on a challenging role in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of high-stakes bad faith coverage disputes. In addition, they must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Why join us? Responsibilities: The Permanent Associate Attorney will be expected to handle a range of responsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Managing a diverse caseload of bad faith coverage disputes. 2. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a variety of complex matters. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts. 4. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling legal arguments. 5. Conducting legal research and analysis to stay ahead of changes in law and legal strategies. Job Details Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney role should have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the Florida Bar. 3. A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in the legal industry, specifically dealing with Complex insurance coverage matters 4.
