This unique role combines culinary skills with leadership and innovation, providing an exciting opportunity for those passionate about pastry and looking to make an impact in a non-traditional setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of culinary trends and techniques, and a proven track record of leadership. This role offers an opportunity to apply culinary creativity to a corporate setting, and to contribute to the overall success of our team by creating high-quality pastries that delight our clients and employees alike. Responsibilities: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of new and seasonal menu items (pastries, baked goods, breakfast and lunch items) Stay ahead of culinary trends, regional flavors, and guest preferences to inform the innovation roadmap Develop clear, scalable SOPs, how-to guides, and training materials for each product and production method Establish routines to check in with field teams, taste product in stores, and ensure real-time quality control Travel to conduct onsite visits to assess culinary teams, product quality and conduct on-site training and spot-checking Partner with Ops and Supply Chain to cost and scale all new menu items Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in culinary or menu innovation roles Culinary degree is preferred Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor Exceptional culinary skills, with a focus on innovation Strong understanding of the latest culinary trends and techniques. Ability to innovate and think creatively, developing unique and delicious pastries. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with other departments. Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards.
