Job Description WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in West Palm Beach, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Operating Room Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL. Job Function: /n /n - Day shift. /n - 3x12: 6:45AM -7PM. /n - Records all care information concisely, accurately, and completely in a timely manner within the facility EMR. /n /n - Prepares the operating room for procedures and assists staff with room breakdown after cases. /n /n - Assists with patient positioning and ensures patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. /n /n - Ensures accurate care, labeling, and handling of specimens. /n /n - Initiates corrective actions whenever necessary. /n /n - Observes and enforces strict standards of asepsis. /n /n /n /n /n Job Requirements: /n /n - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). /n /n - Current State RN license (or willingness to obtain). /n /n - 2 years of acute care experience in the relevant specialty. /n /n - BLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n /n - ACLS certification from the American Heart Association. /n /n /n /n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
