Floor – Main Building Position Overview HCA Florida Mercy Hospital
is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to support a high-volume,
fast-paced cardiac catheterization unit. This role supports
interventional cardiology, structural heart, peripheral, and EP
procedures and requires call coverage. Unit Details - Beds: 33 -
Staff: 23 - Patient Ratios: 3:1 - Shift Coverage: Days only - Call:
Evenings & weekends required - Equipment: MacLab, GE, Philips -
Charting: Meditech Procedures Performed - Cardiac catheterizations
- Interventional coronary cases - Structural heart procedures -
Peripheral & peripheral interventions - Electrophysiology (EP)
procedures Requirements (Must Have) - BLS & ACLS - CVT or Radiology
Technologist background - Cath Lab experience (acute care setting)
Preferred Qualifications - Strong team player - Critical thinker in
high-acuity situations - Compassionate and patient-focused - Able
to adapt quickly and work independently when needed Dress Code - OR
scrubs provided * Day-shift Cath Lab assignment with evening and
weekend call required * High-acuity cardiac and interventional
environment * Experience with coronary, structural heart,
peripheral, and EP procedures expected * Must be comfortable
working as part of a fast-paced, collaborative Cath Lab team * OR
