• Master's Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field; Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agency operation
• Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation
