Retail and On-Trade.YOUR OPPORTUNITYTo manage Cruise Retail &
On-Trade Cruise Line accounts in the US, ensuring we meet
financial, sales and marketing goals as set by GTR. To support the
Region Manager in building and executing regional commercial
strategies by Key Account.ABOUT YOUYou are an integral part of the

CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
- Manage GTR accounts across Cruise Retail ships/customers and
select On-Trade Cruise Line partners
- Achieve Regional and sub-regional sales & volume targets
- Create and develop with GTR Marketing Account Plans for key
customers
- Develop and implement Pricing & Promotional strategy
- Forecast sales with GTR Financial team and Bacardi USA
Operations
- Support SRM in managing and controlling the A&P budget
- Manage customer depletion data and discount accruals on a
monthly basis
- Support Regional Finance Manager for monthly, quarterly, annual
closing and Budget & LE processes
- Plan, coordinate, implement and review retail promotions and
on-trade programs with customers (ROI data, GWP & POS materials,
Menu design etc---)SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO

- Excellent negotiator & relationship builder
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task in cross functional
teams
- Demonstrates commercial & financial acumen with focus on
Revenue Growth Management & P&L understanding
- Good IT literacy across MS Office with above average experience
with Excel and PowerpointEducation & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related
area.
- 5-7 years in Customer Management, in particular Global Travel
Retail. Cruise Experience & On-Trade experience recommended
- Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages
- Customer or Premium Brand Marketing Experience
