Project Manager, Property Management What this job involves: As a Project Manager at JLL, you will support the execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with senior team members to help achieve project goals. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative and organized project environment, and will assist in coordinating stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in project management while contributing to successful project delivery. What your day-to-day will look like: Support the delivery of strategic solutions for clients Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation Contribute to a positive team environment and ongoing development Leverage technology and data to support project performance Under the Senior Director of Operation’s and Senior General Manager’s direction, supervise and direct contractors and monitor performance Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 2 years of related work experience in project coordination or construction-related roles Exposure to commercial office or retail construction projects is a plus Tech-mined; Experience with Microsoft office (word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable interacting with team members, clients, and vendors, and eager to build professional relationships across all levels. Preferred qualifications: Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate Location : On site presence is required This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
