Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Services Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve advanced Service Desk tickets and customer issues via
various communication methods
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support IT equipment including
workstations, printers, and networks
Manage onboarding and disposition tasks for new stores within set
SLAs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree
preferred
1+ years of experience as an Engineer I or equivalent combination
of education and experience
At least 3 years of experience with Windows operating systems and
MS Office suite
Intermediate level network troubleshooting experience and
Cisco/Meraki configuration required
Network+ certification required; additional certifications
preferred
