Job Description:
We are a leading construction and development firm specializing
in multifamily residential projects across South Florida. Known for

design, we are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our growing
Miami-based team. Client Details Our client is a well-established,

multifamily residential projects across South Florida. Known for
quality craftsmanship and innovative project delivery, they foster
a collaborative and growth-driven work culture with a strong
pipeline of active and upcoming developments in the Miami area
Description Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for
multifamily construction projects Analyze architectural plans,
specifications, and scopes of work Source and evaluate
subcontractor and supplier quotes Assist with value engineering and
cost control strategies Work closely with project managers,
architects, and consultants to ensure estimating aligns with
project goals Maintain current knowledge of material pricing, labor
trends, and market conditions Profile 3 years of estimating
experience in multifamily construction Strong understanding of
construction drawings, materials, and building methods Proficient
in estimating tools/software (ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a
deadline-driven environment Preferred: Degree in Construction
Management or related field; bilingual (English/Spanish); knowledge
