Job Description:
Drive the success of K-12 construction projects from the ground
up with a leading Florida-based general contractor. This is your
opportunity to lead field operations on meaningful educational

Our client is a well-established and respected general contractor
based in Florida with a strong focus on public sector construction
, particularly K-12 educational facilities . With decades of
experience in the industry, they are known for their quality work,
collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering projects that
positively impact local communities. Their project portfolio
includes new school campuses, classroom additions, gymnasiums, and
campus renovations throughout Palm Beach and neighboring counties.
Description Manage and oversee daily field operations on K-12
construction sites. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and
inspectors to ensure schedule and quality standards are met.
Enforce site safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols.
Lead job site meetings, progress tracking, and communication with
project managers and stakeholders. Maintain detailed project
documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders. Ensure
project milestones and deadlines are achieved on time and within
budget. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on
ground-up or large renovation K-12 or institutional construction
projects. Proven track record managing multiple trades and
subcontractors in a fast-paced, occupied or active school
environment. Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and
relevant Florida building codes. Excellent communication and
organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification required;
DMS/Owner-Direct project experience is a plus. Ability to lead with
authority while maintaining a collaborative and respectful work
site culture. Job Offer Competitive base salary, commensurate with
